Positioning Mae Ploy as an authority on Thai cuisine, the visuals entice and inspire, educating audiences to use their products in ways they might not have thought of before.
As a mechanism for encouraging fans to share their Mae Ploy experiences online, we created this innovative #MaePloyTable Instagram campaign. In amongst ingredient recommendations, meal inspiration and more, we superimposed the best images supplied by Mae Ploy fans onto the #MaePloyTable, prominently crediting the fan in each instance. In time, participation in this campaign grew, with more and more fans tagging Mae Ploy in their photos, for their chance to have their dish appear on the #MaePloyTable; whereby becoming a truly effective and engaging tool for generating organic exposure for the brand among relevant audiences on this platform. It was ‘Highly Commended’ in the ‘Best Use of User-Generated Content’ category at the Social Day Social Media Marketing Awards hosted in Piccadilly Circus, London.
